Space Worldwide is pleased to announce that two new members of staff joined the team at the beginning of December. Due to a number of recent new business wins, Nick Simmons has come to bolster the design team, while Rachel Evans will provide crucial support for Account Management.Originally from a retail background, Rachel is no stranger to the importance of eye-catching display, and her experience of managing projects to tight time pressures will prove an invaluable asset. She will provide the crucial link between client and creative, ensuring that things happen as they should and on time.Nick's design experience has already seen him working with some prestigious clients such as Lloyds TSB, Telewest and Fujitsu, and he brings a new perspective and fresh ideas to the Space Worldwide design team. These appointments are a mark of the success and growth Space Worldwide has seen in recent months and are indicative of the commitment Space Worldwide has to investing in the business to improve and develop the service we provide clients.

Space Worldwide Takes Control

As part of our commitment to client service and our investment in first-class business practice, Space Worldwide has recently adopted control-ES, a new Process Management System.

Unique within the exhibition industry, the software allows each stage of a project, from initial stand design to final installation, to be mapped on a timeline, with an interface that links all associated data and reference material in easy to access drop down boxes. Clients can review the project status at any time to establish what stage the project is at, and what needs to be addressed next.

Wireless Is More For Tacktick

As part of their 2006/2007 product launch activity, Tacktick commissioned Space Worldwide to design the display panels for their stand at the recent Marine Electronics Trade Show (METS) in Holland.

The technology for Tacktick's Data Displays is based on a proprietary wireless platform that is new and unique in the market, and so both product benefits and brand messages needed to be communicated. The simple and clear designs using a brand icon in the form of a frustrated yachtsman proved to be a great success in conveying the benefits of this wireless product range.
